Confidentiality: I hold all discussions between us in strict confidence, except in situations where disclosure is necessary to prevent harm.
Authentic Guidance: My advice and information will be consistent because they’ll be based on my beliefs and practices.
Commitment to Agreements: I am committed to honouring all agreements, such as contracts, schedules, and assigned tasks, to promote trust and responsibility.
No Personal Gain: I won’t use any professional connections for personal benefit, always acting with integrity.
Ethical Conduct: I will adhere to this code of ethics in all coaching engagements and interactions.

To maintain the integrity of our work together, we mutually agree to keep the following information confidential, unless otherwise agreed:

Financial details, earnings, and coaching fees
Proprietary business processes and information
Methodologies and strategies
Business-related investments and purchases
Recorded conversations (audio, video, transcribed)
Notes, task lists, and any related documentation

Additionally, this confidentiality agreement strictly prohibits copying, sharing, or reselling of content within memberships, eBooks, and programs.
