Because everything I offer is delivered instantly—no physical shipping, no delays—there are no returns or cancellations after purchase.
Coach’s Corner (Free + Full Access)

Free subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

Full Access is billed monthly or annually via Kit.com. You can cancel anytime, and access will continue until your billing period ends. No partial refunds are provided.
Digital Products (Guides, Templates, etc.)
Once purchased, digital tools are yours for personal use. No refunds, even if you don’t use the product or change your mind.
Payment
You’re responsible for providing valid payment information. If a subscription payment fails (e.g., Full Access), your access will be paused until payment is resolved. I don’t chase people for payments—but your access may be revoked.
Intellectual Property
Everything I write—emails, blog posts, downloads, digital guides—is owned by me, Joelene Mills. Don’t copy, distribute, modify, or resell anything without my written permission. If you want to share, please link to the original content.

Nothing on this site guarantees financial results. Any examples shared are for context only. Your outcomes depend on your actions, timing, energy, and a dozen other factors I can’t control.
