Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Joelene Mills and Joelene Mills Co. with respect to your use of our website, content, and products, and supersedes any other agreement, with the exception of any separate agreements, including Terms of Use, entered into by virtue of your decision to purchase any products available on our website. Nothing on this Website nor any communications between us is to be construed as a waiver of any of the content below, nor shall Joelene Mills or any representatives of Joelene Mills Co. and Joelene Mills be deemed to have waived any portion of these Terms and Conditions absent express, written information by Joelene Mills expressly stating otherwise.

All programs, memberships and one-on-one packages:

I hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I greatly appreciate your business. However, due to the nature of the masterclasses, services, and memberships no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process.

Coaching Packages:

I do not offer refunds or cancellations. Due to the nature of the programs and services, no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process. 

Information products, master classes, and courses:

Because all products, courses and masterclasses are accessible and downloadable immediately after purchase, refunds and cancellations are not offered.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This includes: free offers, programs, mailing lists, and all social platform groups should you not comply with the terms and conditions.

Payment Plans:

Payment plans will not extend past the agreed duration of time. Completion of payment plan is required within the time limit agreed upon. You, the customer/client, are responsible for updating your payment information to keep your payment plan current and up to date. Failure to make your agreed payment may result in further legal action. Upon a payment failure, you will receive an email from my payment processor alerting you of the occurrence. You will also receive an email, asking you to update your card details. If a response is not recieved and/or the next payment fails again, I may attempt to message you via social media messaging as I am aware emails can get lost or put in the wrong folder. If reaching you is still unsuccessful, your access to any memberships, programs, masterclasses, or courses will be terminated.

Should the cost of the membership have gone up, your entry price point will no longer be valid, should you want to rejoin the membership.

The Membership Site:

The Business Suite, including but not limited to: The Executive Suite and The Business Suite, and Joelene Mills Co., is a membership for paid members only. You can cancel your membership at any time. For monthly subscribers - your membership will terminate at the end of the month it is canceled. For yearly members - your membership will terminate at the end of your plan year. No refunds. No exceptions.

The Business Suite Coaching, FAST Formula, Programs and Masterclasses

The Fast Formula and all other masterclasses, courses, and programs offered and sold by Joelene Mills are NOT a membership plan. Should you choose to purchase any of the items on their merit. You agree to pay the full price or an agreed payment plan for access. No refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process.

Payment Failure:

It is the responsibility of you, the customer/client to maintain updated card information, to ensure payments are made on the agreed time. Payment failure will result in email reminders from my payment processing software and myself, Joelene Mills. If your payment method is not updated, after three consecutive reminders and with no response or communication between you and myself, Joelene Mills, you will lose all access to any purchased content, future added content, and any and all bonus material that has been given to you without warning. You will also lose access to any online community associated with your enrollment. Future purchases from JoeleneMills.com may be limited and possibly denied. Failure to make your agreed payment may result in further legal action.

Rights for Termination:

  • Payment interruptions
  • Harassment of Joelene and/or other coaches and trainers representing
  • Harassment of other members/customers and/or users of JoeleneMills.com and all affiliate memberships
  • Disrespect to Joelene Mills, affiliates, and/or all members, clients, and customers.
  • Discriminatory behavior towards Joelene Mills, affiliates, and/or all members, clients, and customers.
  • Inappropriate conduct or representation of yourself
  • Any other reason at my discretion
Earnings Disclaimer:

I, Joelene Mills, do not make any income and revenue guarantees for masterclasses, courses, programs, or memberships purchased. All financial statements and numbers on this website are for representative purposes only. Client/customer results may vary due to conditions beyond the control of myself and my business. This includes, but is not limited to client time input, client attitude, medical conditions, client’s personal development, and client mindset. You may earn more, less, or none at all compared to other clients any of the servces, masterclasses, memberships, or programs purchased.

Privacy Policy:

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.joelenemills.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION I COLLECT

When you visit the Site, I automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, I collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site and information about how you interact with the Site. additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the, Site, I collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal information, email address, and phone number. I refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When I talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, I are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO I USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

I use the Order Information that is collected generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, I use this Order Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

This site is intended to help you start your new business on the right foot. It does not go into the legal aspects of starting a company, for jurisdiction reasons.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy:

I do not offer returns, refunds or cancellations. Due to the nature of the programs and services, no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process. 

This includes but is not limited to customers who request a refund because they change their minds, fail to cancel their trial or no longer wish to have access to the products.
