Self-care is how you take your power back.

I’m going to keep this short and sweet because what I want you to do is short and sweet.

We are officially in the first quarter of 2023. (I know right? When did THAT happen?) This week, if you do nothing else, I want you to look at the next 3 months on your calendar. Not for the sake of prepping for the year, we will discuss that next week, but for your mental health. (This is something I’m doing as well BTW.)

I want you to block off at least 1-2 work days where you take some time off, for yourself.

These can be together, like a mini-vacation. Or separate to just ensure you have time off when you need it the most.

The reason why so many of us burn out is that we don’t quite literally plan to rest. Or build-in breaks from everything and after the crazy Holiday Season - some quiet time will do us all some good.

So here’s your sign to do it. I promise you’ll thank me later.
