Let me remind you: “consistent” does not mean “constant.”
Somewhere along the way, online business culture decided that to be taken seriously, you had to post constantly. Multiple platforms. Multiple times a day.
Which is funny, because I can name five coaches right now who do exactly that—and still sound like they’re shouting into the void.
I tried it, too. For more time than I care to admit, I did the whole “be everywhere” thing. Daily posts. Multiple platforms. And by the end, I wasn’t building a business—I was building burnout.
Here’s what I learned: calm consistency beats frantic frequency every time.
One solid blog post gives you something real to stand on. You can send it to your list, slice it into a few social posts, pin it for ongoing traffic. And unlike an Instagram story that disappears in 24 hours, it’s still working for you next week… and the week after that.
That’s calm consistency. That’s showing up in a way that lasts—without wearing yourself down.
Your audience doesn’t care if you post four times a month or once. They care that when you do show up, it makes sense, feels useful, and doesn’t add to their already-full plate.
So instead of asking: “Am I doing enough to stay visible?”Try: “Am I creating content that keeps working after I hit publish?”
👉🏻 This week, reflect: What could shift if you swapped the daily scramble for one strong piece of content you can actually reuse?
