Journaling for Business
Blogging Tips

If blogging feels hard, journaling makes it easier. It’s writing without pressure — no audience, no editing, no need to sound like an expert. A few minutes a day helps you sort through ideas, notice patterns in your work, and capture real stories from client conversations. That raw material often turns into your best blog posts because it starts with what’s real, not what you think you should say.
So, I am going to challenge you to spend five minutes journaling about one thing that came up with a client this week. A question, a win, a struggle. Then, look for one sentence that feels useful. That line is your blog post title. It doesn’t need to be perfect or long. Journaling can help turn a brain dump of messy thoughts into clear starting points, so blogging stops being about “coming up with content” and starts being about sharing what you already know.
